If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange. Elite racing suits are an exception to this policy. Please see the note regarding elite racing suits below. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be at the discretion of Toyandsport.com Palo Alto Sports and in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Exception to return policy for elite racing suits:
Suits appearing in mens and womens elite racing categories are not covered by the general return policy. These special suits are highly susceptible to tears, even while trying on. Tearing may occur at any time. Some swimmers will still choose to use suits with tearing. Toyandsport.com cannot accept any returns of these elite suits.
